Last night I presented some information to new single family homebuyer clients looking North of Boston, targeting towns such as Reading, North Reading, Stoneham, Wilmington, Woburn & Wakefield. Not surprisingly, days on market are quick (the past 2 weeks of offers have an average of 10 days until offer in Reading alone!), and multiple-offers are the norm, which means "over-asking" accepted offers are also the trend.
