We are over the hallway mark of 2017 by almost two months at this point, and it's no surprise that the condo sales market North of Boston was just as fired up as the single family home sales market.
Here's a quick comparison of condominium sales in 4 towns in the 93 / 95 "split" from Jan 1, 2017 to today: August 21, 2017.

Reading was far and away the leader with the most sales AND the highest price per square foot. The new development of Reading Woods is a key factor in those robust sales.
Although Lynnfield had the lead amount of condo sales in 2017, it's a simple as their were less condos for sale! However, Lynnfield has the distinction of being the only burg of the 4 with sales over $1 Million. In fact, their were 3 of them at the prestigious Windsor Estates! (The town with the next highest sale was Reading's Johnson Woods at just below $700,000 price tag)
