Here's a quick look at the Luxury Homes Sales in Andover, North Andover, Reading, North Reading & Lynnfield comparing the first quarter of the year from years 2012 - 2016. For this comparison, I'm using sales of $1 Million and up (that's not to say that there aren't "luxury homes" in these markets under $1 Million, there certainly are, but for this study, I simply used $1 Million as the starting point!)
It's also interesting to note that Andover dominated this price point, with an average of 70% of the sales occurring in that town.
