She even helped us find a landscaper for a yard clean up (when we couldn’t get anyone to take the job) - and brought additional flowers for photos and the open house.  Throughout the process Lori was so positive and always responsive.  Being able to reach her with any question was amazing.  Lori advised us about steps needed (and not needed) to best present the house for buyers.  Plus she seamlessly kept us on top of all the transaction details (disclosures, inclusions/exclusions, smoke/CO detector inspections, offers, contracts) which was extremely helpful for anyone who hasn’t participated in a real estate transaction in a long time.  She even took time from her vacation to be present for the final walk through.
