We were quite impressed with the research you had done prior to us even arriving in Boston.  You asked us specifically what we were looking for, the style, size, area and all of the most important features that we thought we wanted in a home.  You paid attention, worked within our parameters and your suggestions stretched us to look at slightly different features which we ended up falling in love with. 

 I particularly loved that you had built an itinerary for the entire weekend taking into consideration the open houses of the day, the geography of the different towns we thought would be a good fit and you even threw in a few additional suggestions of areas we may like.  Even more than that you were so open and non-judgmental with anything that we wanted to change, didn't like or just plain wanted to switch around.  We never had to explain to you why and you never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't love. 
 
You did an incredible job with the negotiation for our home once we decided to put an offer in. You pulled the comps in the area, and assisted us with determining what we all thought the true value of the home was. You helped us take into consideration the market and where it is going, which helped us to come up with a number together that made sense for us, our current budget and also our investment portfolio. Ultimately, you were able to get us us $45,000 under asking price in an incredibly competitive market.
